I was trying to explain the different seasons to the Ladies by using my Gooseberry Patch Books. I was showing them a picture of an orange pumpkin. Here the pumpkins are green and look like squash.
One of the ladies brought these beautiful Thai desserts to share with us.
They are so beautiful and most of them are like a gelatin or jelly consistency. They have flavors of coconut, green tea, rice, rose, lime and egg. They are slightly sweet. The Korean girls loved them!! There were a few of them that I really enjoyed, very tasty.
