Sydney has been helping four Korean Ladies and one Thai Muslim Lady with their English conversation skills. The Ladies said they would like to learn to cook American food, and they decided Lasagne would be the first thing they wanted to cook. So we baked Lasagne. We had to use our oven because the Korean ladies don't have ovens. In Korea, everything is cooked on top of the stove. We baked chocolate chip cookies and one of the ladies decided to try it at home. She baked the cookies in the microwave and she said they kept burning. She had to adjust the power and time to bake the cookies. She sold them at her kids school bake sale. Her daughter said they were delicious!!
